New enquiry form

For a while now we have been without a enquiry form and customers have been having to use the booking form which sometimes has led to confusion or customers making bookings when they just wanted an enquiry.

But now customers have the option to enquire or book via SEPARATE FORMS.

The enquiry form is here: https://www.parkwaycarsperton.co.uk/booking-enquiry-form/ and there is no change to the booking form, which can be found via the ‘BOOK NOW’ link at the top of the page.

Here at Parkway Cars we are always thinking about how to give a better service too you….the customer, over the past few weeks we have been working on setting up dispatch software (courtesy of TaxiHub).

We have been working on setting up a complete new booking system which allows you to book and pay at the time of booking (Pay on the day is an option as well)

We still accept all major Credit & Debit cards, but sorry no Cheques or AMEX, we do however accept Android and Apple Pay up to the value of

Wimbledon 2017

Over the years I’ve learned that however best you plan your jobs you can never really know where your going to end up.
Take Thursday night for example, phone rings and a client requests a collection from Wimbledon with 9hrs notice. ‘certainly sit not a Problem, see you then’

Then the mad rush starts to get vehicle prepped and to make sure time allows for traffic/accidents and whatever else London can throw as us.
Collection went well and with the expected traffic in the local area we cleared back in Wolverhampton for 23:00.

Job well done and very happy clients.
